Key information before continuing to Beds24. The terms and prices shown by Beds24 before confirmation apply to your booking.
Booking, payment and cancellation
The minimum stay is generally 2 nights; some dates may exceptionally be offered for 1 night.
Full card payment is requested when booking. The direct rate is non-refundable. CozyUp options are ordered separately.
Search and booking continue in our secure Beds24 area, where availability, the total price and the applicable terms are shown before you confirm.
Capacity, cleaning and tax
Up to 6 people, including visitors. Cleaning: €60 per stay. Tourist tax: €1.54 per adult per night; children are exempt. Both are included in Beds24.
Pets and supplement
Maximum 2 dogs.
No general size or weight limit. Supplement: €35 per dog per stay. Select the number in Beds24: 1 dog adds €35 and 2 dogs add €70.
Other animals need prior approval. Louna also uses the enclosed garden. We keep her indoors when needed and every pet must be declared before the stay. No indoor area is specifically off limits to dogs.

Arrival and departure
Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
We welcome you in person when possible; otherwise, self check-in uses LOQED.
- Up to 6 people, including visitors.
- No smoking.
- No parties; quiet from 10 pm.
- No full clean is required before departure: start the dishwasher before leaving and clean the barbecue after use.
Options
Extras are ordered separately.
CozyUp options are not included in Beds24 and extended times remain subject to availability.
