Data and sources
Data may be provided directly or come from a booking platform, Beds24 or another intermediary chosen by the guest.
After your consent, Google Analytics 4 may process the page path, language, the limited events described in the cookie policy and technical information needed to operate.

The site has no direct form and does not store full card details. Beds24 form data and contact details are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Stripe processes payments through Beds24.
Purposes and legal bases
No newsletter or marketing outreach is announced as active. Marketing would require an appropriate choice and information.

Recipients, providers and transfers
Data is accessible to the operator and, where needed, Beds24, Stripe through Beds24, Gmail / Google, WhatsApp / Meta, CozyUp, advisers or competent authorities.
Google Analytics 4 is a separate Google service with Google’s own terms and processing, activated only after consent on the public domain.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers must then rely on a GDPR mechanism. It is not claimed that all data remains in Europe.
Retention periods
- Accounting and tax records: 10 years.
- Bookings and communications: during follow-up, then as required for duties and legal claims.
- Enquiries without a booking: as long as needed to reply and follow up reasonably.
- Technical logs: to be specified after the host is chosen.
- Google Analytics cookies: up to two years by default, subject to browser limits or future configuration.
- Site consent preference: no more than 180 days.
- Providers: under their contracts and duties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent.
Statistics consent can be withdrawn from the footer. Reloading then stops new measurement and removes GA cookies accessible to the site, without claiming to erase data already sent.
