Quiet hours: Quiet is required from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure the serenity of the place.

Anti-smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited inside. Please use the outdoor space provided for this purpose.

Thank you for using the spaceAnimals in the house: We have two dogs who can seem impressive but are very friendly.outdoor space provided for this purpose.

Pet Policy: For allergies, we do not allow other pets in the house.

Security: Please lock doors and windows when leaving the premises.

Heating and cooling: Turn these devices off when you are not present to save energy.

Use of the kitchen: You are invited to use the kitchen, agreeing to leave it clean after use.

Waste management: Follow the instructions for sorting. We care about ecology.

Damage: In the event of any damage, even minor, please notify us so that we can handle the situation.

Ban on parties: No parties with guests not declared at the time of reservation are permitted.

Check-in and check-out: Arrivals are after 3 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m.

Wi-Fi: The password can be found on a QR code.
