Cancellation policy

Flexible: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided arrival date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival.

Early check-out: Guests who decide to check out after check-in will be refunded 50% of the nightly rate for nights not checked in, provided they are at least 5 days from the check-out date.

Last Minute Bookings: No refunds for cancellations of reservations made within 5 days of arrival.

Exceptions: No refunds are provided for events beyond the owner’s control, such as weather, natural disasters or transportation disruptions.

Changing a reservation: If you need to change the reservation dates, subject to availability, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees or price differences may apply.
