- Troll & Bush Ath: Le Trolls & Bush is a brewery-restaurant designed, among other things, to showcase the Dubuisson Brewery. So, you will find beers brewed by the Dubuisson Brewery in Pipaix or those brewed in the Dubuisson microbreweries in Mons or Louvain-la-Neuve. No Pilsner, no Trappist, but a beautiful range of varied and original special beers ranging from 4.5 to 12% alcohol by volume. Also complemented by some very tasty beer cocktails. In addition to the beers, Trolls & Bush also offers a food menu that ranges from appetizers, croques, and small snacks to meats or more substantial dishes, all at affordable prices and served very quickly.

- La brasserie des légendes: Born from the Dream of Pierre and Vinciane Delcoigne, Brasserie des Légendes Found Its Home in the Castel d’Irchonwelz, Which They Acquired and Restored Between 1997 and 2000. The first beer, Gouyasse, was produced in 2000. After that, thanks to a lot of effort and passion, there were improvements in infrastructure and production quality: taking over the family farm for barley production and acquiring the Ellezelloise Brewery (known for Quintine and Hercule beers) which was looking for a new owner. Other ambitious projects are taking shape: creation of the “Au Chaudron des Légendes” tavern in Ellezelles, extension and modernization of the brewery in several stages with the creation of a cellar, creation of the chocolate factory in partnership with Cédric De Taeye; and finally, safeguarding of the Biercée Distillery in 2019.

Strange things happen in this village in the beautiful Pays des Collines. The unusual appears at every street corner, in copses or at the edge of a wood, inviting the walker to a pleasant 7 km stroll.
The idea of a walk in the heart of nature, embellished with sculptures and bas-reliefs depicting goblins, witches and other devilish creatures, was born in the 80s in the mind of Watkyne, the initiator of folk-art, sabbats and other playful local festivities.
The expedition, which begins at the Place d’Ellezelles, forms a 7 km loop, allowing visitors to return to the starting point. Be careful, in rainy weather, it is advisable to take boots. The walker will find an explanatory leaflet at the Maison du Pays des Collines (Ruelle des Ecoles, 1 in 7890 Ellezelles, closed on Mondays).
